Anyone have luck ordering with Freewell?

I ordered the new Mavic remote sunshade from Freewell based on Peter Homers video.
I placed the order online and paid via PayPal, $49 Total. I received payment notification from PayPal but I have never gotten even an order confirmation from Freewell. It's been 2 weeks and I have sent them 2 emails and gotten no reply. Also they have no contact telephone number on their website. Is this normal Freewell service or should I be worried.

I've been receiving packages from them in about 3 business days. I have a direct contact there. I'll reach out to him and ask him to get in touch.

I ordered some filters from them a few days ago. I believe they ship from Canada if Im not mistaken...Maybe your stuff got stuck in customs (assuming youre not in Canada)

If you order direct from Freewell, they ship from Hong Kong.
