Are DJI Mavic Air 2 Firmware Numbers dependent on your geographical location ?

I'm in New Zealand and the new firmware on my MA2 is 01.00.0250
Flysafe database is 01.00.01.18
The new battery indicator functions work
The new gimbal speed options are available

But NO option to disengage sideways travel I have seen in some videos on the new firmware.....

I think the update is instant for everyone.

The video's you see with the new firmwares are probably drones which were released in their beta test before launch, so they get beta's earlier.
