OK I managed to download the article but I'd get in trouble under the DMCA if were to just paste the full text here.

Since there is naturally some interest on this board I will do a cliff notes version of just the main points which would be legal under the 'fair use'/review provisions of the act. I will need a couple of days to put it together due to existing projects.

If you run into the limit of "free" articles on some sites, if you can edit your cookies in browser and delete the cookies related to that site, it should let you get another small batch of "free" articles.. It is rather silly to pay a sub fee when you read like 5 articles a year from some site that tosses up a pay wall after a couple freebies..

And of course, you may run into ad-blocker walls too if you have one of those running..
