Traveling to Cape Town in the fall. Thinking of bringing my mavic pro, definetly bring my panasonic g7, probably just with one lense. Have two batteries for mavic, probably just gonna use my phone. Looking for breathablity as well as a water bottle pocket. Thank you!

I'd suggest getting the Eva slim cases for the remote and mavic, and then you can throw them in any regular backpack you find to meet your normal hiking needs.

Check out LowePro line of backpack. They are camera bags that come in many configurations and depending on the size of the model can be configured to carry both camera and drone at the same time. I have three different LowePro backpacks and each are over 10 yrs old and have been used extensively in the field. They just well made and well thought out.
