I installed a new flex cable in my P3 pro after a crash, and now I get this shaking behaviour:

Does this look like I botched the replacement, or could I have a problem with the gimbal?

It's definitely not right, I agree. But I'm wondering whether:
a. I should take it apart and try again because I didn't route the cable right (or something like that)
b. I need to buy a new gimble/camera (part 5) which runs $300 or so.

start simple check the cable is in properly then the cable has been routed properly, good luck

I was hoping someone had experienced this same shaking behavior and could say: "ah, that's what happens when you didn't <insert blunder> . You just need to <insert easy fix >" :)

If you haven't already, you might want to post in phantompilots.com. You might get more responses there.

Not a problem. Many of us have Phantoms. I have a P3A myself, though I haven't used it in probably almost a year.
