balboa peninsula newport beach california

got some footage of the marina and balboa peninsula in Newport beach California but it was very blurry. any idea how to prent this? a nd filter maybe?

when I took another two videos they were not blurry though I didn't change camera settings at all. So odd right? Also the original first video was crystal clear on my phone while flying. So i'm confused.

The photos were also blurry corresponding to blurry video but the sharp photos correspond to sharp videos.
