Maybe I’ve just never noticed but I picked up the box a little off the table to reposition it, it was on my third battery, and that puppy was hot on the side of it!

You guys n’ gals notice this? Searched threads a bit haven’t seen it come up...

It does get fairly warm/slightly hot and most likely normal, but depends on what your definition of hot is.

Running a fan over it helps dissipate the heat, even putting a makeshift heatsink underneath and above keeps it at a lower temperature.

Although I consider this to be "hot", it seems to be normal...
Speaking of the brick, no?

all the DJI charge bricks get really hot during use its a by product of the way they step down the voltage ,and also because there is no fan cooling, like the aftermarket multi charger ones that charge 3 batteries at once,if the weather is hot i always use a small desk fan blowing over the charger and batteries as well
