Battery Light stays on

I saw a thread about a battery light staying on after it was taken out of the drone. This was back on 6 June 22. Now I have one battery where the green light at the 3 o'clock position stays on after it is removed from drone. Was wondering if this is getting to be an occurrence for others. Actually the light just went out after about 10 min. Could this be the beginnings of serious a battery problem, and should I not use it anymore, possible risking a crash if I did? Is it serious enough to open a repair ticket with DJI? Thanks, Bo

What drone?
Searching the relevant manual would be my first bet.

according tho the manual (page 25), Led at 3 o clock position is LED 1, and the only state in which it should be stable on (and other LEDs off) is if the battery is showing charged status of 13-25%. Can you verify this issue persist even if the battery charge is clearly above/below this range?
