Mavic air will come in 3 different color.

Mavic Spark will get discontinue. Mavic air will replace it.

I think he means that the spark will be discontinued. What would otherwise be the point to announce a bigger battery as accessory for the mavic pro.

I still see the spark selling very well for entry to the mid range drones and cant see dji changing anything about this if anything I see a step up dji mavic battery /flight performance etc and the extra money to do so maybe a few colours then they have the whole range from begin to pro covered

I work at a Nationwide store and I saw upc/sku for new mavic air.

New mavic pro battery sku/upc

Dji spark discontinued so I do not know if mavic air will replace it or spark 2 is on its way

But for mavic air release date is March. The device is water resistant.

This evening I will be posting up a picture of the specs description.

I heard about a battery but no "proof".

I've heard that the Mavic Air will have rear obstical avoidance, 60 fps, 3 color choices, middle range-better than Spark but less than Mavic, water resistance, faster than the Spark but I'm not sure about faster than the Mavic.

DJI is doing something interesting here. If the Air has the same or similar specs to the Mavic with some upgrades and a lower price, it'll kill Mavic sales. Unless... It's meant to replace the current Mavic with the Mavic Pro 2 in the wings. It's interesting to speculate but we'll know Tuesday.
