Brand new MPP came with gimbal problem

I just received my new Mavic Pro Platinum last week and the gimbal is not moving or working. Even when I turn on, they do not move and the video screen shows a few lines. Should I send back and ask for another


Acabei de receber meu novo Mavic Pro Platinum na semana passada e o gimbal não está se movendo ou funcionando. Mesmo quando eu ligo ele nao se move e a tela do vídeo aparece algumas linhas. Devo devolver e pedir outro

Yes i did.

That for sure looks messed up, I would send it back for a new one.
