Camera shaking / gimbal unstable

Hey everyone,

Problem? I’m having an issue with my gimbal where it is really unstable and shaking when the camera is pointing forward. While pointed downward, it is perfectly normal.

Was unit in a crash? No.

What have you tried so far? At first I tried calibrating the gimbal several times, but only got an error and that wouldn’t complete. After going back home, I was able to recalibrate successfully.

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)? iPhone X

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)? Latest available

What Go app version are you using? 4.3.32

Any modification? None.

Did you change anything or install any apps? No.

Do you have a video or pictures of the problem? Video here

Can anyone point me to what the problem might be?

Welcome to the forum anyway.

Strange behaviour, totally ok looking straight down.
You've checked the suspension bands and gimbal plate position ?

That's what the forward problem looks like.
But I would have thought there be some bouncing noticeable on the vertical vision too.

There's no easy way to describe where these are, a Youtube video is probably easiest.
