Camera sound

After i crash my drone in to camera/gimbal, i was change flat rebbon cable. Everything work fine but i got black screen on my phone and camera sound that u can hear in video. Any help with that? Maybe my lens stop working?..

Does your Mavic record video and/or photos the the SD card? If not, you probably broke the video cable (the silver multi-strand bundle that runs from the camera to the gimbal/video PCB).

The sound you're hearing is the ultrasonic downward sensors interfering with whatever you're using to record the video. Turn them off and the sound should stop.

Does your Mavic record video and/or photos the the SD card?

Insert a microSD card in the drone.
Turn on the remote.
Turn on the drone.
Record some video or take some photos with the drone camera.
Shut everything off.
Take the microSD card out of the drone and put it in your PC or mobile device.
Do the videos or photos you took with the drone show what you expected or are they missing or blank?
