cant change stick modes I give up

I received a mav pro for Christmas, its my 5th DJI drone since they started but I cant fly it. Its stuck in MODE 3. I press and press and press for mode 2 and it wont move. I have scoured the internet and cant find a way to actually change stick modes. I should be able to press it and have it change, but no luck. please help!

1) Delete and reinstall DJI Go4

2) Have you tried turning off the AC when changing the RC stick mode.



3) You can restore "factory settings" using DJI Assistant 2 on a PC
