Can't connect mavic to assistant via win7

having problems
I've got coptersafe

I need to downgrade to firmware .700
But my mavic won't show up in assistant and it's saying on my pc drivers not installed correctly

I'm sure I need to fix this before I can even start work with coptersafe. Otherwise my mavic ain't going to show up as connected

I've tried un/re installing assistant theee times and tried 4 USB cables.

It connects to assistant on my win 10 tho

USB driver issue, try googling latest Android USB drivers, delete the existing ones, connect the Mavic and install the new ones.. I took me ages to get it working on W10.
