Can't connect to Computer to upgrade firmware

Took out my Mavic Pro for the first time in about a year and found it was getting some serious reception/signal issues. Sending it less than a mile away, and I was losing connection with the drone.

I thought I would start by trying to upload the firmware. But I can't get it to connect with Assistant 2 on either PC or Mac, using 3 different USB cables.

I tried using DUMLdore too, but that didn't show it connecting either.

Anyone have ANY suggestions for how to get it to connect, or how to upgrade teh firmware???

have you updated the dji assistant drivers?, this could be the problem, and have you tried to change the cable

Delete the app, download and install the latest one? I would try that first.

Mine is Version 2.0.10 . On MacBook Pro.
