Can't get flight recordings off SD card

Had a good weekend and managed a few flights on Friday and 10 flights yesterday but as per thread title I can't get the recordings off the SD card onto my laptop,they are definitely on the SD card and can view them with the drone and remote connected to my iPad but my laptop and desktop of arnt even recognising that there are even videos on the SD cards,SD card was formatted before use

Any help much appreciated.

Pull the SD card and use a reader to view the files on your PC. If you can see them that way, then your issue is with drivers when you try to connect directly to the Mavic via a USB cable.

So I can connect the Mavic directly to my laptop via a USB cable and extract the files that way?

Yes, but I thought that's what you were having issues with. So you mean you can't see the files on the SD card pulled from the AC and placed into a computer directly?

All sorted now and many thanks for your help Lisa,I honestly didn't know you could plug a micro USB cable into the drone and then into a laptop.
