Charging battery from power bank

Hi, i am wondering, can i charge my mavic 2 smart battery from power bank?

I dont think so... Unless you make some DIY converter, but anyways... I never saw a charger that needs less than 12V/10A... I dont think a powerbank can give that performance

I read a thread this morning where the operator has one of these:

As I recall, he was quite happy with its performance but I'm no "battery pack" expert, just passing along the info.
