Its hard to film trains as you never know where they are but yestarday i got luckey

Good question.

I would consider that to be a bit of a grey area personally as transport canada's page on the rules seem very vague
They say stay 30 m away from people unless i read it wrong. i fly with a mavic zoom so it always looks to be closer than i actual am from the train
