Controller not moving gimbal

I have a Mavic pro 2 that had a crash.

Now all flying and five, but there’s just an issuer with the gimbal.

The camera works fine and I can change exposure ISO etc no problem, I just can’t move the camera up with the control wheel on the controller.

When I turn the drone on the gimbal does it’s usual thing and then just seems to slump down slightly but then I can’t move it at all. Not sure what the best thing is.

I’ve updated the firmware in the drone and the controller but that didn’t fix it

Tried doing it via the remote but it gets to 5% and then literally does nothing

Prob got a bent or bad motor from the crash. Post some pictures of the gimbal.

Might be angle of pic but right side space looks bigger on top and smaller on bottom.

Look carefully for any tiny cracks or scratches around the gimbal unit.
Is the lens filter/holder seated properly? The picture looks odd.
It's been in a crash, so close inspection of physical condition is critical.
Next step: send to DJI for proper repair.

Yes it is slightly on closer inspection

I have a feeling the electronic ribbon that controls the gimbals movement may have come loose. The camera itself works perfectly and has no issues

Yes it is slightly on closer inspection

if the camera an arm arent perfectly even then it looses motor function. its a tilted motor not making full contact way it should.
