Hey can someone help a guy out? I’ve been searching around but haven’t found the answers yet...
First, I’ve tried connecting to my smart controller with the QR Code and it always fails on my iPhone XS Max. The only way I can connect is to connect to it manually in the Wi-Fi settings. Any reason why this may be happening? I’m only doing it with the controller as not with the Mavic 2 on-do they all three need to be on?
Second, if I’m downloading videos and I have the controller and Mavic 2 on how do I know if I’m getting a converted 1080p clip straight from the Mavic 2’s stored videos and not the cached version stored by the controller? The reason I ask is that the cached version is often not good quality because of out of range dropouts and other issues. I only want to see and download videos straight from the bird. How can I assure that’s what I’m getting?
