Create an NFZ ?

Question that neither manual nor google helped me answer yet:

My neighbour is annoyed by me flying my drone and really does not want me to fly over his property.

I try to avoid that but depending on what I am filming, it still sometimes happens.

Can I manually create a NFZ so that I do not need to watch if I am nearing my neighbours property ?

A bit like some PTZ camera's allow you to create privacy screens.

There was a company doing this a while back, haven't heard anything in a while on it. You could designate your property as a voluntary NFZ. There was a home that did it in my area. There was a map you could check. Looks like they have abandoned the idea- Here’s How to Set Up a No-Fly Drone Zone Over Your House

The way it was explained is that you would get a alert of the 'voluntary' NFZ if you were near it so you could avoid that property. There used to be a map that showed them. The guy near me had his entire property listed as a vNFZ (voluntary NFZ). If this was still possible, the OP would get an alert if he approached the vNFZ thereby solving his issue.
