Crystal Sky Won't Sign in to DJI

Having just purchased a CS5.5 I am gobsmacked that when I try to log in to DJI, I get a Network Unavailable. Check your network connection message.

I can surf the web using the Browser app and have tried a using on the WiFi connections all to no avail.

It previously let me upgrade the firmware etc and I'm now on V02.04.06.00

Has anyone else had a this issue....
 
There are a couple of users at the DJI forum, they are also complaining ...
It must be then a problem with DJI servers.

So, standby and wait ...
 
Yes just spotted them myself... It seems to happen every so often looking at the older posts ... Unacceptable, but that's life.

I just got a 5.5 CS for my Bday earlier in the month. On the initial setup, I can't login to me DJI account. I get a "Network Unavailable, Error ID: 00.

Called DJI and after a few call transfers I was told they would contact me via email. One week later still waiting. Can't move into any other window on CS until I get passed this spot.

The CS is connected via cell hotspot. Can't connect to home network because SSID is hidden and no option in CS to enter SSID.

Suggestions anyone? So frustrated.
