Crystalsky screen blank

I just bought a Crystalsky 5.5 and used it for a coupe of flights.
When I got home and I charged the battery and put it back in.
It started it up with the DJI opening screen then the screen went blank.
The buttons and screen makes noise but the screen will not display.
I contacted DJI support and they said hardware issue and return.
I liked the screen so I'm keen to get it back.

In your last picture it looks like moving the sticks around is a bit challenging? Is it still comfortable to fly the drone?

I didn't have a problem using the sticks in that position
You could drop the CS down lower.
Mind you I only used it for say 1 1/2 batteries then I died

I have sent my CS back to DJI. Sometimes I could get it to restart when it was cold, but it wouldn't stay on long enough to do a reset.

DJI said today .. it's a loose LCD cable
They will fix and send back.

I got my CS back. Still same problem.
I think the unit overheats. If you leave it over night it turns on but after using it for a few minutes the screen turns off but buttons still work.
I did manage to do a couple of full resets but still turns off and won't come back on again until it's cold.
Sending it back again to DJI.

Yes power up the Crystalsky, do not go into the Go 4 App. On the bottom of the screen select the Settings Menu and scroll down to Backup and Reset, then follow the prompts.

Could you let me know what DJI reports back what DJI say the problem is?

DJI are replacing my CS. They couldn't quickly work out why the screen keep going to sleep.

I have similar problems. Mine kept re booting every time I switched it on then today it powered off after 2 minutes and I couldn't turn it back on even with a full battery.

The annoying thing is I've just sold my iPad in favour of this now overpriced brick.

Waiting for DJI to respond.
