Essentially, you can gift someone an upgrade to Premium Pilot.

Yeah, it'd be unlikely that a non-Premium Pilot would gift a Premium membership to someone. So I think it's only available to premium members.

FWIW, it's available to non-premium members, too. Updating to premium does look like a good thing for me to do, though.

I didn't know that. Interesting. It wouldn't make sense to give away something you don't even have though unless you don't need it I guess. lol

It used to be on there last year sometime then it disappeared. I guess now it’s back.
