DJI asst 2 for Mavic pro 2 help

DJI assistant 2 no longer supporting the mavic pro 2 ???
I was trying to get firmware updates for my drone and I get a window that says DJI no longer supports Mavic pro 2 !!??
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks

You should be able to use the version linked here.

You need "Assistant 2 for Mavic"
Not "Assistant 2"

That said
hang on to a copy of "Assistant 2" because it has a factory reset option which is not available in "Assistant 2 for Mavic".

I wanted to check a few things on Mavic 2 Pro, but don't seem to be able to get Assistant 2 (linked above) to recognise it, in fact the drone isn't recognised by either PC at all so wouldn't be able to download files that way.
I haven't actually tried to connect it direct for at least a couple of years and didn't have any assistant software previously installed.
It is like a driver is needed but there doesn't seem to be a suitable driver listed to download anywhere.

Ok that's resolved - you need the specific cable DJI supplied.
No idea which one is the original for Mavic 2 but the mini 3 pro one worked though it was a bit short for calibrating.
You would think any good USB C data cable would work but it won't ...

Since they all look alike once in your box of cables it would be a good plan to label the Dji ones.
