I do not want to bash or praise DJI customer services, but I will anyway.
My impression from 4 years of flying DJI products is, they were terrible, but have made huge progress.
Only people with a bad experience post their problems, but many have a good outcome.
Of course we all want them to get even better, so good luck.

It's not a rant towards DJI at all, just a summary of what we experienced and suggestions for DJI where they can improve ;-)
