Dji go 4

Hello there.

I run my mavic with my Samsung S6 and the dji go app without any issues.
Yesterday i installed the dji go4. Crashed after 10 minuter. Aircraft disconnect...
This seems to be a general issue?
I read something about that dji will stop develop dji go for mavic, inspire 2 etc.
But still it will work with The mavic?

DJI recommends using the. DJI GO 4 app to fly the Mavic not the standard GO app...

I know, but it chrashes all The time, The old dji go dosent. Thats The problem

Since day 1 I have been using the DJI go app when I fly the mavic with my iPhone7 and no issues,
Today I used the DJI go 4 app also with no issues using my iPhone7
So I'm guessing the iPhone 7 is a stable device for either app

I know it's a pain, but if I were you I'd flatten my phone. Don't install from backup (just ensure all your files - photos etc are backed up to the cloud before you begin). After reinstalling only install Go 4 and other mainstream apps that you regularly use. Thereafter only install one app at a time ensuring that Go4 still works. Problems with Android - apps crashing etc - are in my experience caused when you do a system upgrade and I've always found it best to start from scratch after a new release. Hope this is helpful.
