DJI Go plan interval photos

New pilot here. Is there a way in the DJI Go app with the Mav pro 2 to plan out a photo mapping mission to take photos at overlapping intervals? The hyperlapse and keep the images? The wayppoints mission?

Do I need to just start looking at other apps and if so recommendations that don't break the bank?

You can setup a mapping video course with the standard GoPro App. not sure about photos.
