DJI Go4 doesn't work on Samsung A13

DJI Go4 doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy A13, it just crashes on startup.
Does anyone have the same problem?

There must be a hundred similar posts on drone forums, from users who have let their phones or tablets run the the latest Android update.
Contact DJI support and see if they have updated Go 4 like they have for DJI Fly.

Must be a trend with Samsung. My new Galaxy S 22 phone will not open Go4. Crashes when I click on it. Hope they get a fix...DJI, are you listening?

Assuming that DJI is aware of the problem in their own forums, it could be a while before they release any sort of fix, so if you want to fly sooner rather than later, your going to probably have to find an older device that works, or your grounded...

DJIGO4 does not work on samsung a52. Crashes immediately.

Probably an issue with the exynos chip based phones not working with DJI apps.
Litchi however, works just fine.

I had a Samsung A50, worked just fine with DJI apps.

Possuo um Samsung A73 e também está com o mesmo problema, já tentei várias vezes instalar e nada. Antes eu tinha um A51 e rodava certinho, porém, à mais ou menos um mês atras também apresentou o mesmo problema. Porém no A51 so desinstalei e baixei direto do site da dji e deu certo, mas no A73 não funcionou

I had a Samsung A50, worked just fine with DJI apps.

It's crashing on my Snapdragon-based S21 FE as well since my phone updated to the August 2022 security patch.
