I'm fairly new with my M2Z and have approx 30 flights under my belt since March this year. All of a sudden when I start up DJI Go 4, I get tasked with a DJI Knowledge Quiz. The dialog box says "You may skip this quiz 4 times in total". I click on the start button and immediately get a white blank screen with "Exit" on the top left and "Error" on the top right. My only option is to select "Exit" which takes me back to the "Start" screen. I've tried shutting everything down, restarting and many times the quiz comes back up but I get the same results. I know I'm way over the 4 allowed attempts but can never get past the Error screen. Does anyone know if this is even important and more importantly, how do I get further so I can take the test or cancel out so it never comes back up again?
