Am achizitionat o drona DJI MAVIC AIR 2. Drona am primit-o noua, sigilata.
Am DJI Care refresh valid.
Nu am factura si nici garantie la drona.
Nu am efectuat niciun zbor cu drona.
Am facut toate verificarile la drona si parea ca totul este in regula.
(Firmware update, RC, Gimbal, etc)
Defectul l-am constatat la prima pornire a dronei.
Atasez un Printscreen cu problema existenta.
Ati intalnit o astfel de problema?
Ma poate ajuta cineva cu un sfat? Ce pot face in acest caz?
Va multumesc mult!

I purchased a DJI MAVIC AIR 2 drone. I received the drone new, sealed.
I have a valid DJI Care refresh.
I have no invoice and no warranty for the drone.
I have not flown the drone.
I did all the checks on the drone and it seemed that everything was fine.
(Firmware update, RC, Gimbal, etc.)
I noticed the defect when the drone was first turned on.
I am attaching a Printscreen with the existing problem.
Have you encountered such a problem?
Can someone help me with some advice? What can I do in this case?

The problem is that the video is glitching?
If so, then what's the phone you're using? And what SD card is in the drone?
Which DJI Fly app version you're on?
 
Yes, the video glitches repeatedly with or without SD Card (I use a Samsung microSD, PRO Plus, 128GB, 160MB/s, A2 V30).
The phone is iPhone 12 Pro.
DJI Fly app version is 1.9.5(740).

The problem is not related to the Authorization Zone.
The image is the problem, as seen in Printscreen.
The video glitches repeatedly with or without SD Card.

If you have Care Refresh, did you buy it or did it come with the drone? If you bought the drone, most places keep records of transactions and you should be able to get a copy. It looks like you will have to send it to DJI. Sometimes they have reasonable prices for repair , other times, they may see it is a manufacturing issue and fix or replace it for free. It all depends on whether or not it's still under warranty.

Do you only have this problem with the live view on your mobile device (as your attachment indicates)... or do you have it on the recorded high resolution video also?

If only live view... I would first suspect either the usb cable or the mobile device... or both. Test with with another cable & mobile device and see if that change anything. Also make sure that your mobile device doesn't have other apps open eating up processor power, turn everything off besides the DJI Fly app. Also try to set the controller frequency from auto & instead either 2,4GHz or 5,8GHz to see if that change anything.

If even on the recorded high res. video on the SD card in the drone... well, then I think it's time to use the DJI Care if you haven't any warranty.

I have Care Refresh that came with the drone, valid until next year, unused. I bought the drone from a website here in Romania. They did not give me any guarantee or any other proof. I bought it because it was sealed and at a very good price. I tried to return the drone but it was not possible. I think the only possibility is to send it, if I will be accepted without guarantee, to Germany.

Well, then send it directly to DJI using Care Refresh. They should replace it with a working drone, either new or refurbished. You could also contact DJI Support and check if the drone is on warranty, if it is, then use the warranty and not care refresh.
