DJI Mavic Pro picture looks weird

I took off my mavic earlier and everything was fine until later on when I was downloading everything, and only the videos looked strange, but the photos are fine. Please help!!! I have tried searching on YouTube but have had no luck.

Welcome to the forums, @Noah Hollins... Ok, you have a classic case of "watercolor". There are a few things that you can try, but I have seen many who end up repairing or replacing their Mavics due to this problem. In the Go4 app > Camera settings ~change the sharpness to +1. The Mavic's camera has a bad noise reduction program in the firmware. By bumping the sharpness up to +1 it kills the NR program. There are other settings that improve upon this. But start there to see if it works.

yes I focus and everything. I will try change the sharpness and see if that helps.
