I sent my gimbal / camera assembly to DJI.

It arrived March 4.

There is no indication of delivery on the DJI website. When I contact them they tell me that they are looking and will get back to me.

I have proof that it was delivered.

Any help / insight? Or is my gimbal a victim of covid 19

Hi, there's not much advice I can give. If it says delivered, it was delivered. It's in DJIs hands now. The only thing I can say is, hopefully they find it. With the pandemic we can expect delays everywhere, but more than a month is a long time to wait. Did they acknowledge the tracking said delivered?
 
DJI has closed many of it’s us operations due to Coronavirus? Which office, and do you know if it is open? Most localities probably won’t find drone a critical social function.
