I have a mav with DJI for repair. Been checking the case number for updates for a month now and went from waiting for drone, to payment received, to repair in progress. Today the website shows that my case number doesnt exist. Ok.... Anyone else have this problem?
So if you have a repair with DJi and you get this message, just chat, call or email them to confirm your repair status. I chatted with them and they told me payment received, repair still on their bench. No idea when repair will be completed, running behind.
