LOL that is odd indeed. Not only are the dates in the future but they are also going backwards!! They received the item AFTER damage was assessed. Perhaps we are in The Twilight Zone.

At first I thought that maybe they are using UTC but that's too far in the future to be UTC. Then I thought it might be time in China but it's not even dawn in China yet.

Took 14 (15 days according to them) days to get there from Mississippi and now this...Im just happy my issue can be resolved for free..

You'll get a new one..eventually. I'm surprised it went to California. That unit has been closed due to the Virus. Mine have always gone from California to Texas even before the current slow down. It's frustrating. I wonder if they have any way of knowing how many times that progress inquiry has been checked. I'm patient at first but then I start checking it practically hourly.
It's kind of like waiting for Christmas when you were a kid
