It took them 2 weeks when I sent my "DOA" new Mavic Pro info for exchange (London -> DJI Holland -> London) Then another 8-10 emails / 2 weeks to get Care package moved to the new bird.
Since they wore paying for shipping they selected UPS Standard which is rather slow.
But it vaccinated me from purchasing direct from DJI.
Thanks for the info guys. Well two weeks is just about bearable I suppose.
Had gimbal issues building up slowly and now its off centre (tilted slightly) and it shakes now and then and I get the occasional white flashes across the entire transmission when flying, all these have been adding up and its getting me down because its only 2 months from new and I have flown it very carefully and maintained it to a very high standard with inspections and keeping it clean etc. Just cant bare to be without it lol.
