DNG 360 Panorama - Mini 2

Just picked up a Mini 2 and trying to figure out if it's possible to use the auto 360 mode to shoot in DNG for stitching afterwards in PTGui?

From a quick test this morning I just ended up with a folder of 2000px wide JPEGs.

Is it possible or for DNG panorama's is it best to shoot manually?

Yep, just fine.

You can shoot raw with the mini 2 in sphere mode, just remember that the camera settings are different from the normal photo mode, so select sphere (while in flight), open the settings and select J+R.

the mini 2 can save the 26 4000x3000 pixel raw spherical pano files to the sd card. along with the jpgs.
