Do I Need To Purchase From Authorized Reseller?

I’m about to buy a DJI Drone off eBay and it’s Brand New.

I’d like to purchase DJI Care Refresh when setting up my new drone, but the reseller is not an authorized reseller.

Will I be able to buy (and potentially use if needed) the DJI Care Refresh? Or will DJI eventually ask for the originally receipt?

You can buy DJI Care Refresh for the Mavic Pro here or the Mavic Air here. You'll just need the aircraft serial number to buy it. A copy of the receipt is not required.

That’s awesome. So even if I go to make a claim in a few months (hopefully I don’t) I won’t need to submit the original receipt?

You will need the original receipt if you attempt to make a claim under the DJI warranty. However, you don't need a receipt to make a claim against your DJI Care Refresh policy.
