Does anyone know if DJI Refresh is transferable, and can you get it on a unit that is about a. year old?

I'm thinking of returjning/ selling my Mini and getting a pro Platinum. If I ultimately sell it, does any one know if the refresh I bought for it is transferable to the new owner? Also, if I get a Platinum that could be up to a year or so old will they let me purchase the refresh for that if I go through the whole video making process? Thanks in advance!

Yes, the new owner can use the remaining balance of the policy.

Yes, as long as DJI Care Refresh has not already been purchased for that drone.
