Kudos to them but they'll end up getting bought up by Amazon anyway.

Jeff Bezos always wins in the end. $230 billion gets you that kind of power.

Not sure how far they have improved but Flytrex drone delivery service has been doing some like this since 2018 in Iceland.

We mustn't forget about kids and baseball bats. A great idea in theory. But kids like to vandalize and steal things. It's the way it was and will always be. Protecting this equipment from vandals will be a logistical nightmare.

I agree. Makes no sense to have home delivery. It will cost them a fortune to set up each home with their own mail box. Maybe a sub station where a few blocks of homes will go to pick up their mail but a mail box outside each home just crazy.
The Russians tried and failed. LOL
