Drone Unable To Take Off Spins and Scrapes Itself on The Ground

so we bought a drone two weeks ago and have flown it about 20 or so times. Recently however we had a bit of a minor crash where the drone randomly flew out of control and crashed into a tree this resulted in damage to the propellers but it still flew well. We have just changed the propellers and have checked that we have them in the correct place. When we try and fly the drone now instead of taking off it just spins around and damages itself

Can anyone give us any advice on why this might be happening ?

Which drone. If it's the Mavic Air 2 it's fairly easy to have the props on wrong.

@Jon Cluett sounds very much like you have the props mixed up on the wrong motors, down load the manual and you will see if they are correct or not

Remember all 4 are not the same, as above check the manual again. (You know it worked before the crash, changing props seems the most likely issue)

You could have other issues if you crashed real hard but new props and my Mavic pro was always good to go. (Those darn trees just reach right out and grab drones I tell you!!!!)

make sure that the props with one stripe and two stripes are respectively installed at the positions shown below

My mavic mini was taking off going back a bit on take off and going out of control .Sent back under warranty and it was the esc module faulty .They sent another drone for me
