Droning commercially

Hi there
Just a quandary. If I was planning on using my drone and posting on YouTube in a vlog that then became a money maker. Would I be breaking the law if I didn't have the course and the certificate for commercial droning (pfco)?

For the benefit of those on the UK you would also need the CAA Permissions to Fly also if you make any money (or payment in kind) whatsoever from your drone footage / photos.
