Editing Footage with DJI Mav 2Pro

Hi. I see the footage on the SD card, but when I try to use "Editor," I can NOT import the footage into Editor. Why is this and how can I use the editor? I did get a message yesterday about Cache is full. I am new to editing and this community. Any and all information is welcomed. Thanks

I have my cache set to max.
I also after I have done all I am going to do in Editer clear it all. Have always did it and never had a problem.
If you don’t know how I go here
Hit the top right icon and it takes me here
Then to here ,tap gear in top right.
Then I clear cache and have never had your issue and have never had any problems with app.
Now when you do do that you will lose all video’s stored in Go but I have already dumped all from card anyway.
I do that weekly.

I don't store my video to the memory in the Mavic 2, I store the files to my micro SD card, then download it to my computer where I use Premiere Pro to edit.
