Hello to everyone! I am new to the forum and I would like to ask which is the best easy to use video editing program.(with most filters options)

Well, if you use a Mac like me... iMovie is the best and it's a freeware software from Apple.

Resolve is free. There is a learning curve, but there are a ton videos and once you pick up the basics, It is very easy.

I'm playing with Windows Movie Maker at the moment. I've also got a copy of Premier Pro as well , but its just too **** complicated for simple cutting clips, adding transitions and maybe an audio track! Movie Maker is no longer available for download from Microsoft, but you can still find it in the Windows Live download from 2012 (so its a bit old) but works fine for basic stuff... and its free. I can probably upload here if you need it. Good luck

I've used Filmora for video editing for years. Of all the editors I tested it's the only one that lives up to the hype. And it's pretty cheap too!
