error code '180001 - forward vision calibration error'

Having a problem with my Air2S. Hoping this forum can help because i cant seem to find anything specific on the web. Im getting error code '180001 - forward vision calibration error'. So far I've done IMU and the other calibration. Then i tried the DJI assistant calibration and noticed that the top right sensor is blurry and not focusing. Because of that i could not complete the vision sensor calibration. I've never crashed it so really not sure what couldve caused it other than a jostling while transporting. DJI hasnt been much help and i want to exhaust every option before sending it in. i do not have carerefresh. Any help is appreciated.

Before sending it in, try refreshing your firmware or even reverting to the previous version. If that fails, you may have no choice. Also check that your forward sensors are clear of debris/fingerprints in case it's throwing the error due to that. Good luck!
