Well I inboxed my MA2 yesterday, charged everything up, installed the firmware updates and tried to activate the drone for my first flight and got the error code Oxffe. I called DJI and they tell me my drone is DOA, dead on arrival and to return it to my retailer in Calgary, I live in Ontario on the other side of the country, I waited over a month to get this thing, paid over $1500 for it and I’m basically screwed. It’ll take another month to sort this out because they shipped a defective product and I’m the one who is paying the price for their lack of quality controls. What crappy customer service.
