FAA Approval

My drone is registered with the FAA and I have FAA approval to fly near my local airport.
How do I sync or communicate this approval to my drone software itself? As I still get no response when I am near the airport.
Can I email or call DJI?

FAA approval via LAANC, or some other form of approval such as a waiver or authorization via the original FAA portal?

Via waiver as my office is within 1 mile. They said I can fly a hundred feet high and within 1/8 mile out.
I plan to film some construction in progress.

Then if the geo system is preventing you from flying you will need to provide the waiver details to DJI and they will do a custom unlock for you.

Go to DJI Fly safe website to do a custom unlock. You will upload the waiver in the process. Also, you must have your Flight Control SN on hand for this. Once completed you will go in the "licensing unlock" within the app to sync.
