Finally Got Mine

After ordering online last Dec 3, I was told that I might not get it before Christmas. The thing is, I need it very badly as we are travelling to Lapland to spend our Christmas there and looking forward to take a few vidoes and photos. My online retailer told me that I have a grim chance to nothing at all. I was at the point of buying a mavic2 pro. Cut the story short, went online and saw one at Argos (Uk High Street Shop). It says order now and collect now. To my excitement, ordered it and got a confirmation that it is ready to collect. I rang the shop to confirm they have stock, they said they have it and awaiting collection. Drove 15miles and back, so happy to finally get one.

Great combo. If you are new to drones read and see a lot of videos to familiarize with proper setup before maiden flight.

Thanks, I have been flying model helicopters since 2008 when flybarless was still at infancy. I did binge on youtube videos about setup/settings for the mini.I bought this for holiday photos/videos to complement my dslr and gopro.Hoping for a maiden flight tomorrow.

great , i am still waiting for mine ... ordered on 5th Dec delivery is supposed to be in 10 to 15 days ... i see you got landing gear too... let me know if you can put you mini in box with landing gear attached . and how easy they are to attach and remove... wondering whats this JSR accessory ??

I will let you know, I will unbox, update firmware, calibrate and do some pre-flight checks tonight. They are ND filters, as Im gonna use it on Lapland, the snow and combination of sunlight will be too bright for the camera. They are like "sunshades" for the mavic.[emoji16]

oh, i have been using these kind of filters with my DSLR ... do let me know about the landing gear when you tried that out ...

Just an update. The pgy tech landing looks very nice. The color looks very close the the oem mavic. There is a problem though, it wont fit with the landing gear on on the combo case. I dont like taking it on and off the mavic. Well, it looks like I will be needing a new case.[emoji16] Did my firmware update and calibration to be sure. Charging up all batteries for tomorrow if the weather holds. If not, then my maiden will be an indoor flying with prop guards on.

I can confirm that it fits but a little bit on a tight squeeze. You have to push down the mavic for it to fit. Maybe after consecutive uses, the case will slowly adjust.

Hi, they are Pgy tech landing gears, ND filters for the camera, landing pad 55cm I think . I got additional antenna booster and spare memory cards that arrived yesterday.
