I was prompted to upload my data in the flight data center to the cloud so I did. How can I access that data in the cloud?

I don't think you can.
But what you can do is link your DJI account to airdata.com and then install the "Airdata UAV" App to sync your DJI logs to airdata.

You can access it from the Flight Control Center in the app. The data there is the flight log txt files.
Another device logged into the same account can sync down so more than one device can have access to it.

What I'm disappointed about is that the Fly logs don't sync into Go 4. My P3 logs in Go 3 synced into Go 4.
