My first drone, a Mavic 2 Zoom arrives this week. I have been reading everything I can get my hands on to prepare myself. I have seen the ads for Flight Reader on the Mavic site. I assume this is the only way to read and store these logs. So is this worth the $99.00 price? How good is the support?

How good is the support?
It's my software and is supported by me. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about it.

The logs are stored in the phone used in conjunction with the remote controller. You can transfer them to anywhere you want. There are a number of readers out there and I found the Airdata ( free version ), PhantomHelp and CsvView to be sufficient for my purpose.
